Convvy Cares is a growing care agency that partners with individuals, healthcare institutions and community services organizations to achieve a mutually shared goal of helping individuals and families facing health and other complex life challenges to maximize independence, function and well-being.
A Better Way Forward
Convvy Cares is a Canadian based business founded in 2019 by a team of healthcare industry professionals who were convinced that there was a better, more efficient way to deliver home care and supplemental healthcare throughout Canada. Throughout the earlier stages of the 2020s, we spoke with nurses, care aides, support staff and facility managers in order to assess what was working (and, more importantly, what wasn’t).
We used the results to create a better way to staff healthcare businesses.

Specialized Healthcare Staffing
Of course, the cost was not the only barrier to accessibility we noticed. One of the biggest barriers to staffing was finding one company that could cover a diverse assortment of healthcare-related needs. We set out to become that company.
In practice, this had led to a much higher quality of care. For example, if a client requires assistance with an autistic patient, we work to match them with a nurse, care aide or support worker with work experience and training relevant to autism. The same holds true for other unique, specialized cases.
